Jocelyn established BEAM Project Management in 2023 to offer clients a personalized and inclusive approach to real estate management. Passionate about building relationships beyond the day-to-day process, Jocelyn is dedicated to the people and purpose of every project BEAM takes on. From creating custom project teams to defining strategic goals and problem solving business justifications, she is always focused on effectively communicating the client’s needs.
With over 20 years experience in architecture, design, real estate, and project management, she brings a unique 360° perspective to help clients execute their vision. Over the course of her career, she has successfully delivered approximately two million square feet of space, ranging from 5,000 RSF to 350,000 RSF, across the US, including government contracting hubs, national headquarters, tech companies, law firms, and nonprofits and associations.

Austin is a highly skilled and dedicated project manager with a proven track record overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion. With a wealth of expertise accumulated over a decade in the industry, Austin is a trusted leader known for his exceptional project management skills, keen attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. His ability to connect with clients and build a dependable line of communication adds to BEAM’s inclusive environment.
Austin has managed a diverse range of projects in the government contracting, financial institution, and non-profit and association sectors. His comprehensive knowledge of construction processes combined with his ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients consistently leads to the successful execution of high-quality projects.

Matt Kowalski
Assistant Project Manager
Matt Kowalski, LEED Green Associate, is an Assistant Project Manager at BEAM who ensures day‑to‑day coordination across active client projects. He maintains organized documentation, manages meeting agendas and follow‑ups, tracks deliverables, and partners with BEAM leadership to support budgeting, invoicing, and contractual compliance—producing clear, timely reporting for clients. On site, Matt contributes to progress checks and punch‑list resolution, working closely with vendors and subcontractors to keep workstreams on track.
Matt brings a planning‑first mindset from his time in municipal land‑use, where he led development review, collaborated across agencies, and presented at Planning Commission and City Council hearings. His path also includes corporate interiors and owner‑side construction experience, giving him a practical grasp of how decisions translate from design to field execution. He holds an MPS in Urban & Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a BS in Health Administration (Business minor) from Ohio University.
Beyond project coordination, Matt helps evolve BEAM’s delivery system—refining templates, workflows, and collaboration practices to keep teams aligned and projects efficient.
